Instructions for refunding a Gift Card or Gift Certificate

If you have an unexpired gift card or gift certificate, you can return if for a refund. In an effort to do our best to eliminate fraud, we will require you to return your gift card/certificate in order to be eligible for a refund. We will be processing refunds through June 30, 2025. As long as your return is postmarked or timestamped by this date, you will still be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be via check.

For Gift Card Refunds:

You will need to mail your Gift Card (these are the red, credit size cards) to:

Please include the name of the person the check should be made out to, your address and either a good phone number and/or email address in case we need to reach out to you.

For Gift Certificate Refunds:

If you received your Gift Certificate via email, you can simply forward it to: rick@awhitepondparadise.com. In the email, please include who you would like the check made out to and the address it should be sent to. If you only have a printed copy, please follow the instructions above for the gift card refunds.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing of your refund. We will do our best to turn these around as quickly as possible and will begin after the holidays.
